Why Choose Kinetic Outcomes?

Led by a former Tier 1 UK Special Forces operator with 12 years of military service, including a decade within UKSF.

More than a shooting experience

There are overseas firearms packages built around variety. Several weapon systems, multiple calibres, automatic fire and a broad programme designed to give participants a memorable few days on the range.

There is a place for that kind of experience.

Kinetic Outcomes was created for something different.

Our training is built around structured progression, focused coaching and practical skill development. The objective is not simply to fire a collection of weapons. It is to understand the fundamentals, develop efficient technique and leave as a safer, more confident and more capable shooter.

Every element of the course has a purpose. Every drill builds towards the next. Every round fired becomes part of a wider training outcome.

Our courses are built on structured progression: safe weapon handling, marksmanship fundamentals, movement, transitions, and applied performance. No theatrics. No wasted rounds. Just clear process, coached execution, and measurable improvement.

Direct instruction from former Tier 1 UKSF

The lead instructor and founder of Kinetic Outcomes is a former Tier 1 UK Special Forces operator with 12 years of military service, including a decade within UKSF.

During his career, he served as a Close Quarters Battle and firearms instructor and held operational roles in high-risk environments and close protection. His experience now informs a structured and focused approach to firearms training built around clear instruction, safety and practical skill development that extends beyond the range.

His passion for shooting was further shaped by attending a highly regarded shooting school in the United States. That experience deepened his commitment to continual improvement and to developing modern, effective training methods.

What makes Kinetic Outcomes particularly distinctive is the level of access students receive to that knowledge and experience.

For civilian students, the opportunity to train this closely and in this depth with a former UKSF instructor is exceptionally uncommon. The instructor is not simply present to oversee the range or deliver a demonstration before students are left to shoot. He observes, coaches, corrects and develops each individual throughout the course.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants, creating the time and space for focused, individual coaching.

That coaching examines the details that shape genuine performance:

  • How effectively you connect with the weapon

  • How you establish a stable and repeatable position

  • How you manage recoil

  • How efficiently you manipulate the firearm

  • How consistently you acquire your sights

  • How you identify and correct mistakes

  • How you develop dependable habits under pressure

This is not passive supervision from the side of the range. It is close, hands-on instruction from someone with extensive operational and instructional experience.

Training with structure and purpose

The Combined Pistol and Rifle Fundamentals course is delivered across two dedicated training days.

One full day is focused on pistol fundamentals. The second is dedicated to rifle fundamentals.

This allows students to spend meaningful time developing their understanding of each platform rather than moving quickly between multiple firearms and calibres. The training follows a progressive structure, allowing each skill to be introduced, practised, assessed and refined before moving forward.

The pistol programme covers:

  • Grip

  • Stance and posture

  • Vision and sight picture

  • Trigger control

  • Draw mechanics

  • Reloads and malfunctions

  • Target transitions

The rifle programme develops:

  • Rifle mount and connection

  • Stance and structure

  • Vision and sight picture

  • Trigger control

  • Reloads and malfunctions

  • Target transitions

  • Rifle setup and zeroing

These are the foundations upon which reliable shooting performance is built. They may appear simple on paper, but the difference between understanding a principle and applying it consistently comes down to the quality of the coaching.

Depth over novelty

Some overseas firearms courses place greater emphasis on variety. Their programmes may include AR-platform rifles, pistols, AK-pattern rifles, several calibres, automatic firearms and competition-style activities.

Kinetic Outcomes takes a more focused approach.

We train with Glock 17 and 19 pistols and AR-15-style rifles, allowing students to concentrate on two highly relevant platforms and develop skills that are repeatable and transferable.

The objective is not to move through as many firearms as possible. It is to spend enough time on each system to understand how it works, identify areas for improvement and begin building genuine capability.

Each student receives approximately 500 to 600 rounds of pistol ammunition and 500 to 600 rounds of rifle ammunition. This provides the volume required to practise techniques properly while still ensuring that every round is connected to a clear learning objective.

You will shoot a substantial amount, but you will never be firing simply for the sake of increasing the round count.

Coaching that develops the individual

No two students arrive with exactly the same experience, movement patterns or learning requirements.

Some may be handling a firearm for the first time. Others may already have military, police, private security or civilian shooting experience. The course structure remains consistent, but the coaching is adapted to the individual.

A new shooter receives a safe and technically sound foundation from the beginning.

A more experienced shooter may identify inefficient habits, weaknesses in their fundamentals or areas where small technical changes can produce a significant improvement.

The limited class size allows the instructor to see those differences and respond to them. Students receive correction and feedback throughout the course rather than waiting until the end of a drill or being treated as one part of a large group.

The result is training that feels personal, deliberate and relevant.

A professional, safety-first environment

All training takes place at the Poland Shooting Centre in Brzeg, approximately 50 minutes from Wrocław Airport.

The course is delivered in a professional environment where safety is embedded into every stage of the training. Students are taught how to handle, manipulate and operate each firearm responsibly before performance or speed is introduced.

The course package includes:

  • Two nights of hotel accommodation with breakfast in a private room

  • Airport transfers

  • Weapon hire

  • 500 to 600 rounds of pistol ammunition

  • 500 to 600 rounds of rifle ammunition

  • Eye and ear protection

  • Gun belt and holster

Students may also bring their own suitable belt or holster setup, allowing them to train with equipment they are already familiar with.

Flights are arranged independently, giving participants the freedom to choose the departure airport, schedule and travel option that works best for them.

Built for beginners and experienced shooters

No previous firearms experience is required.

The course begins with the fundamentals and develops progressively, making it suitable for civilians who want to learn correctly from the outset. It is also open to military personnel, police officers, private security professionals and existing shooters who want to strengthen their technical foundation.

Beginners are not rushed through the basics.

Experienced students are not simply left to repeat what they already know.

Everyone is coached towards greater confidence, efficiency and consistency.

What are you actually paying for?

When comparing overseas firearms courses, it is easy to focus on the visible elements:

How many days are included?

How many weapons will be fired?

How many different calibres are available?

Are flights included?

These are reasonable questions, but they do not tell you everything about the quality of the training.

The more important questions are:

Who is teaching you?

How closely will they work with you?

How many students are in the group?

Is there a structured progression?

Will your technique be observed and corrected?

Will you understand why you are performing each drill?

Will you leave with skills that can continue to develop?

With Kinetic Outcomes, you are investing in direct access to an exceptionally experienced instructor, a deliberately limited class size and a course designed around individual progression.

The value is not simply found in the weapons, ammunition or accommodation.

It is found in the quality and depth of the instruction.

Why Kinetic Outcomes?

Choose Kinetic Outcomes if you are looking for more than access to a shooting range.

Choose Kinetic Outcomes if you want to understand the fundamentals rather than simply experience different firearms.

Choose Kinetic Outcomes if you value focused, individual coaching over large-group supervision.

Choose Kinetic Outcomes if you recognise the value of training closely with a former Tier 1 UKSF operator and firearms instructor.

Whether you are handling a firearm for the first time or refining existing capability, the objective remains the same:

To leave safer, more confident, more efficient and more capable than when you arrived.
